It is important to note that the pricing range of qualified rent to buy properties between GHS120,000 for one-bedroom to our upper limit of GHS950,000 for three/four bedroom properties will typically not be in prime areas, but in suburban and/or commuter towns and/or cities.

It is also important that the entire group portfolio are available for normal rental via the group's platform Rent Now Pay Later, AirBnB Rental via SG Hospitality Services Platform or sold via DCANS Properties. So once it's occupied, the property will not be marketed or be available for viewing.
